About

Hi, I'm Arya. I'm starting my freshman year at UMass Amherst this fall for Computer Science along with being a member of the Commonwealth Honors College.

I'm mainly drawn to math-heavy topics within CS such as cybersecurity, AI/ML, game design, and quantum computing.

Outside of academics, you'll probably find me practicing classical guitar, working out, or cooking something. Looking forward to meeting everyone on campus!

Spanish Classical Guitar ongoing
Self-Directed Practice

Play Spanish classical guitar as a creative outlet outside of academics — a slower, more deliberate craft than anything I do with code, but one that demands the same rigor. Classical technique rewards patience over speed: repetition, small corrections, and refusing to move on until a passage is actually clean.
